The Sauna

As an ancestral Nordic tradition, now adopted by cultures around the world,  a good sauna session is good for your body, mind and soul.

The detoxifying power of the sauna is recognised in the pursuit of overall well-being: blood circulation, skin elasticity, stress relief, improved sleep, stonger immune system…

Our approach

For deep relaxation,  the sauna is used alernating up to 3 phases of heat between 5 and 15 minutes, with cooling  and rest phases at least as long.

A shower is avalaible outside the sauna.
